E-books and Discovery: Usability Testing in Primo VE

In 2024 and 2025, a team of Metro State librarians conducted baseline usability testing centered on discovery. E-books proved a particularly difficult resource for patrons to locate and identify. I will discuss our observations and next steps concerning e-books in Primo.
